Job Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing Junior Executive to support our marketing team in executing campaigns, increasing brand visibility, and driving user engagement. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for digital marketing and ed-tech.

QUALIFICATION:

  • Any Graduate / Post graduate /MBA/ MMS /PGDBM (preferred from Marketing stream)

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 1yr of experience in digital marketing.

Job Description:

  • Assist in planning and executing
    digital marketing campaigns across platforms like email, social media, paid ads

, etc.
- Lead

, manage and mentor a
team of marketing interns

, ensure timely task execution and performance tracking
- Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools
- Prepare

and manage daily/weekly/monthly
MIS reports, campaign performance reports

, and marketing dashboards
- Support and contribute to content marketing initiatives including video scripts, emailers, and landing pages.
- Work with various content creation tools like
Canva, ChatGPT

, etc.
- Drive and manage
social media marketing, including scheduling, engagement tracking, and campaign performance
- Manage and scale "PPC campaigns" to drive high-quality leads and maximize ROI.
- Manage
"social media marketing"

— schedule posts, track engagement, and report insights.
- Research and implement AI tools for content generation, automation, and productivity enhancement.

SALARY:

Upto 5 LPA

SKILL SET:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive mindset with attention to detail
  • Familiarity with ed-tech trends is a plus
  • Prior experience across an e-commerce company would be preferable.
