Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SEM – Paid Marketing Strategist with at least 3 years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across Google Ads and Facebook (Meta) Ads. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, optimizing, and scaling paid marketing campaigns aimed at driving traffic, boosting conversions, and maximizing ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and execute strategic Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns.

  • Perform detailed keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to shape campaign strategy.

  • Create high-performing ad copies, creatives, landing pages, and other marketing assets to enhance engagement and conversions.

  • Monitor campaign performance and report on key KPIs including ROI, CTR, CPA, CPC, and Conversion Rates.

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure campaign alignment with overall marketing and business goals.

  • Continuously track industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to recommend growth opportunities and performance improvements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in SEM & Paid Marketing across Google and Facebook Ads.

  • Demonstrated success in planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns.

  • Strong understanding of keyword strategy, ad optimization, bidding strategies, analytics, and campaign scaling.

  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in Google Analytics, Excel, and other performance measurement tools.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
