Role Overview

We are seeking a senior digital performance marketing leader to establish and scale our in-house web leads and digital marketing function. 

Joining as Performance Marketing Lead, the successful candidate will be responsible for building a high-impact demand generation engine across digital channels on an international scale - strategizing, targeting, launching, and hands-on managing campaigns across multiple regions and platforms.

Within 6 months, subject to performance milestones, the role will evolve into Head of Digital Marketing, responsible for leading the function, building a specialist team, and managing a significant digital acquisition budget.

Key Responsibilities

· Performance Marketing Ownership – Strategize, implement, manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other performance platforms (e.g., YouTube, TikTok, Twitter/X, programmatic, or relevant regional channels) to drive qualified leads with measurable ROI.

· Budget & ROI Management – Manage a high-scale weekly digital spend (up to ₹10 Lakhs per week), ensuring disciplined allocation and delivering strong cost-per-lead (CPL) and return-on-investment (ROI) outcomes.

· Funnel & Conversion Optimization – Oversee the complete digital acquisition funnel from awareness to conversion; leverage analytics and insights to continuously improve lead quality and conversion rates.

· Content & Creative Collaboration – Work closely with content, design, and product teams to ensure campaigns are supported by compelling creatives, messaging, and data-driven storytelling.

· Data & Analytics – Build performance dashboards, track KPIs, and report campaign results to executive leadership with actionable insights.

· Department Building – Act as both strategic decision-maker and hands-on implementer in the initial phase; subsequently recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing internal digital marketing team.

· Stakeholder Partnership – Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with Skybound's commercial goals.

Candidate Profile

· Experience: Minimum 10 years in performance/digital marketing, with a proven track record in high-budget international lead generation across financial services, fintech, or other performance-driven industries.

· Technical Expertise: Strong command of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads platforms; experience with campaign analytics tools (e.g., GA4, HubSpot, Salesforce, Power BI).

· Leadership Potential: Demonstrated ability to both execute campaigns independently and build/lead a team.

· Strategic & Analytical: Ability to combine long-term digital strategy with data-driven execution and optimization.

· Growth Mindset: Ambitious, entrepreneurial professional eager to take ownership of building an in-house department with regional/global impact.
