Position Title: Lead Performance & Digital Marketing
Department: Marketing
Reporting To: Head Marketing
Location: Thane
Job Purpose / Summary
Strategize and drive digital marketing plans specifically performance, ensuring seamless execution across channels while staying ahead of the latest digital acquisitions. Build a strong digital presence to drive awareness, consideration, conversion, and customer acquisition.

- Technical Expertise: Digital strategy, media planning, performance marketing, and brand management.

- Influencing & Networking: Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
- Analytical Ability: Market & competitive intelligence, campaign performance tracking, ROI optimization.
- Digital Tools: SAP and other IT-related applications.
Qualifications
- Post-Graduate / Masters degree (MBA preferred) with specialization in Marketing.
- Relevant certification in Digital Marketing (Google, Meta, HubSpot, etc.).
Experience
- 8+ years in consumer-facing industries (E-commerce, FMCG, Consumer Durables, Textile, Apparel, Foods).
- Minimum 11.5 years in sales exposure preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and lead companys digital strategy across paid, earned, and owned media.
- Manage complete lifecycle of digital performance campaigns: ideation media planning execution optimization performance analysis.
- Lead digital media buying, budget allocation, and ROI optimization.
- Build, execute, and monitor monthly advertising & promotions calendar.
- Oversee all digital assets: website, portals, databases, email, and digital advertising campaigns.
- Collaborate with creative & digital agencies, ensuring high-quality deliverables aligned with brand standards.
- Drive content management to build brand salience and drive acquisitions.
- Closely monitor competitor activities, positioning, brand health, and market share.
- Evaluate and adopt emerging digital tools, platforms, and trends.
- Provide leadership in contests, digital activations, giveaways, and community engagement.
- Utilize advanced analytics to enhance customer experience across touchpoints.
Principal Accountabilities
- Develop multi-channel content (web, email, ads, social, PR, case studies, videos, product collateral).
- Partner with product management to align marketing messaging with product strategy, value proposition, and use cases.
- Ensure measurable KPIs for all campaigns and report actionable insights to leadership.

- Internal: Outsourcing, Sales Channels, Category, E-commerce, Finance, Plant, IT, HR, Factory teams.
- External: Agencies, vendors, channel partners.
