Role Overview:

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Lead who can drive high-impact digital campaigns across multiple channels and manage end-to-end performance marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should combine analytical thinking with creative content instincts, and be hands-on with campaign execution, optimization, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
  • Run lead generation and brand awareness campaigns with a clear focus on ROI and conversions.
  • Manage and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools; derive insights to improve results.
  • Oversee email, WhatsApp, and social communication campaigns using marketing automation tools.
  • Write and review ad copies, landing page content, and campaign creatives to ensure high engagement and consistency with brand voice.
  • Coordinate with the design and content teams to create compelling ad materials and digital assets.
  • Build dashboards and reports for tracking performance and presenting campaign insights.
  • Stay updated on new trends, formats, and platform tools in digital and performance marketing.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3–4 years of hands-on experience in performance/digital marketing.
  • Proven experience running paid campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Strong knowledge of email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Sendinblue) and WhatsApp automation tools.
  • Excellent command over content writing for ads and digital communication.
  • Data-driven approach with proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and reporting tools.
  • Strong understanding of marketing funnels, A/B testing, and conversion tracking.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
