Performance Marketing Lead

Core Mission
To act as the hands-on "doer" and technical expert responsible for driving customer acquisition across our D2C products and Aayush Labs. This individual will be obsessed with ROI, ensuring every digital rupee spent delivers maximum growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Ownership: Plan, build, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google (Search, Display, P-Max), and Marketplace Ads (Amazon, Flipkart, Q-commerce).
- Budget & ROI Management: Take full ownership of digital ad budgets — continuously monitor CPA, CPL, ROAS, CTR, and other key performance metrics to ensure profitability.
- A/B Testing & Optimization: Design and execute A/B experiments for creatives, ad copy, audiences, and landing pages to drive continuous performance improvement.
- E-Commerce Acceleration: Drive sales velocity, ranking, and visibility on marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, and Q-commerce platforms through paid ads and performance interventions.
- Analytics & Reporting: Maintain daily and weekly dashboards to provide actionable insights and track marketing efficiency across channels.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the creative, brand, and product teams to align paid marketing efforts with campaign objectives and business goals.
- Growth Mindset: Stay on top of emerging ad tech, platform updates, and competitive trends to ensure campaigns stay ahead of the curve.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience: 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns for D2C brands, digital-first products, or e-commerce platforms.
- Platform Mastery: Deep, technical understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Amazon Advertising, and Analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Data Studio, etc.).
- Track Record: Proven ability to profitably manage multi-lakh to multi-crore monthly budgets — with measurable ROI improvements.
- Mindset: A "pilot," not a "flight attendant" — someone who loves being in the weeds, testing, analyzing, and optimizing every lever for growth.
- Skills:
- Advanced campaign optimization and bid strategy experience.
- Strong analytical and Excel/Sheets skills.
- Comfort with tools like Looker Studio, Tag Manager, Hotjar, and A/B testing suites.
- Personality: Data-driven, detail-oriented, and relentlessly focused on performance outcomes.
