  • Contribute to business security strategy and align site-level plans with group policies.
  • Plan, prepare, and monitor security budgets (Capex & Opex) with approvals from Vertical Security Head.
  • Conduct governance reviews and participate in council meetings for strategic oversight.
  • Gather intelligence from external sources and monitor news to foresee risks.
  • Conduct security risk assessments and implement mitigation measures.
  • Facilitate internal and third-party security audits and ensure timely closure of findings.
  • Design and lead crisis response plans; train and manage Quick Reaction Teams (QRT).
  • Oversee security operations including SOP adherence, control room, surveillance, and access control.
  • Investigate incidents (fraud, theft, vandalism) and initiate corrective actions.
  • Manage outsourced manpower and drive performance culture through people management.

Skills Required

  • 8+ years of experience in industrial/site security management.
  • Exposure to manufacturing, plant, or large-scale environments.
  • Proven track record in risk assessment, incident management, and security audits.
