Role Overview
Seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth, build client relationships, and expand market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and create new business opportunities.
- Generate leads, qualify prospects, and develop client relationships.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and negotiate contracts.
- Track sales activities, maintain records, and report performance.
- Mentor team members and support skill development.
- Utilize digital platforms for lead generation.
Qualifications & Skills
- MBA/B.E/B.Tech or Bachelor's in Business/Marketing.
- Experience in Durable Goods, FMCG, or Home Appliances preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel locally and nationally.
- Notice Period: Immediately to 3 week
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹55,000.00 per month
