Role Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and driven Business Development Executives (Freshers) to join our Edu Tech business team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about education, technology, and sales. As part of our growing Edu Tech initiative, you will help connect students, institutions, and educators with AcceleratorX learning solutions.
Freshers will receive structured training, mentorship, and continuous support to build a strong foundation in Edu Tech sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Reach out to schools, colleges, training institutes, and individual learners to promote AcceleratorX Edu Tech products.
- Understanding Learning Needs: Identify learner/institution needs and recommend the right digital learning solutions.
- Lead Conversion: Support in converting potential leads into active users through effective communication and solution-based pitching.
- Follow-Up & Relationship Building: Maintain consistent communication with leads to nurture interest and build long-term relationships.
- CRM & Data Management: Update lead data, track engagement, and manage follow-up activities on CRM tools.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with marketing, academic, and product teams to ensure smooth alignment of business goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Graduate in any stream (preferably Business, Marketing, Education, or related fields).
- Freshers Welcome: No prior sales experience required; comprehensive training provided.
- Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Sales & Persuasion Skills: Interest in client interaction, convincing ability, and relationship-building.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Pay: ₹13, ₹44,334.46 per month
