Key Responsibilities:Plan, execute & optimize paid marketing campaigns across Facebook Ads & Google Ads. Manage ad budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting for maximum ROI.Analyze campaign data, user behavior, and ad performance to make data-driven decisions. Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.

Work closely with content, design, and retention teams to improve user journeys. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, ad policies, and platform updates. Requirements:1 years of hands-on experience in Facebook Ads & Google Ads (campaign setup, optimization, and scaling).

Strong knowledge of paid media, audience targeting, and conversion tracking. Experience with Google Analytics, GTM, and other tracking tools. Understanding of landing page optimization, ad copywriting, and funnel marketing.

Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for campaign analysis. Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and take ownership. Why Join
