Executive Marketing Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled executive to spearhead our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of success in managing large-scale paid digital campaigns.

The successful applicant will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives lead generation and conversion. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and deliver exceptional results.

About the Role:
  • Promote ISB's Executive Education & Digital Learning portfolio through strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to drive lead generation and conversion.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including admissions, program teams, and external partners.

Requirements:

  • At least 15 years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on paid media, lead generation, and conversion funnels.
  • Proven success in managing large-scale paid digital campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, programmatic, and email channels.
Key Performance Indicators:
  • Lead generation volume and quality for executive and digital learning programs.
  • Cost per lead (CPL) / Cost per acquisition (CPA).
  • Conversion rates across funnel stages.
  • Return on ad spend (ROAS).
