We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Professional to lead our paid marketing efforts across multiple platforms.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of performance marketing, with experience in managing large-scale budgets and driving customer acquisition and retention. They will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage the end-to-end performance marketing function
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Lead budget planning, allocation, and ROI tracking
  • Build and manage a high-quality performance marketing funnel
Requirements
  • 6–10 years of experience in performance marketing
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale ad spends
  • Deep expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Hands-on experience with tools like GA4, Google Tag Manager, AppsFlyer, Mixpanel
