Job Overview

The Performance Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and scaling performance-driven digital campaigns across various business verticals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement performance marketing strategies across Google, Meta, Linked In, You Tube, Programmatic, and other relevant platforms.
  • Drive lead generation and conversions for diversified projects, hospitality retreats, and wellness offerings.
  • Manage campaign budgets, customer acquisition costs, cost per lead, return on ad spend, and deliver strong ROI on digital spends.
  • Execute retargeting and remarketing campaigns to nurture leads through multiple funnels.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and sales teams to ensure impactful campaigns aligned with brand objectives.
  • Optimize campaign creatives, ad copies, and landing pages for maximum conversion.
  • Monitor Google Analytics/GA4, Tag Manager, CRM dashboards, and create detailed campaign performance reports.
  • Scale new growth opportunities such as influencer marketing, affiliates, and digital partnerships.
  • Continuously benchmark against competitor campaigns and industry best practices.
  • Ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with business priorities and brand positioning.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably in real estate, hospitality, or wellness sectors.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Linked In Ads, SEO/SEM, Google Analytics (GA4), and Tag Manager.
  • Experience with CRM/marketing automation platforms (Hub Spot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Proven track record of achieving lead and revenue targets through digital campaigns.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and campaign optimization skills.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
