This 3-month traineeship offers hands-on exposure in a high-performing digital agency environment. Trainees will support senior performance marketers with campaign execution, audience research, performance analysis and reporting. High performers will be considered for a full-time Junior Associate – Performance Marketing role.

Assist in setting up and managing advertising campaigns across platforms like AdWords, Meta, and LinkedIn.

Collect and analyze data to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.

Assist with other tasks assigned by the senior performance marketers.

Recent graduates or final-year students from any field.

Candidates with a strong interest in performance marketing and advertising.

Individuals familiar with advertising platforms like AdWords, Meta, and LinkedIn.

Analytical thinkers who are comfortable working with numbers, insights, and performance metrics.

Proficient users of Google Suite tools, especially Google Sheets, for data handling and reporting.

Mentorship and guidance from experienced performance marketers
