Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients through market research, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Present and promote products/services to prospective customers through meetings, calls, and demonstrations.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions to meet their needs.
- Follow up on leads, prepare quotations, and negotiate terms to close sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers for repeat business and referrals.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in CRM or reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, finance, etc.) to ensure timely order processing and client satisfaction.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, or promotional events if required.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors' activities, and industry developments.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing ability.
- Good presentation and convincing skills.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or CRM software.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales (experience in [industry name, e.g., Nutraceuticals / Real Estate / Pharma / FMCG] preferred).
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for sales may also be considered.
