We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented AMC Coordinator to manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for UPS systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking renewals, coordinating with clients and internal teams, and ensuring timely execution of AMC-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track warranty expiry and AMC renewal dates; share data with HO AMC team 60 days in advance.
  • Submit AMC proposals 45 days prior to expiry and follow up for order conversion.
  • Negotiate rate contracts and quotations with clients.
  • Maintain AMC enquiry records and ensure timely execution of orders.
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams for documentation, invoicing, and PO collection.
  • Conduct daily client visits (minimum 5/day) to promote and secure AMC contracts.
  • Ensure timely payment collection and maintain accurate customer records.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate/Diploma in Electrical or related field preferred
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in client coordination and documentation
  • Familiarity with UPS systems and AMC processes is a plus
