Job Overview
We are seeking a qualified Senior Sales Service Engineer specializing in the Water Treatment Industry. The ideal candidate will possess excellent presentation and communication skills for convincing customers to use our products efficiently.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to recruit, select, orient, train, and coach employees to achieve marketing and sales human resource objectives.
- Capability to enforce policies and procedures effectively.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Forecast financial objectives and prepare annual budgets to meet marketing and sales financial goals.
- Develop annual sales quotas and project sales volume and profit for both existing and new products.
- Analyze trends, establish pricing strategies, and recommend selling prices while monitoring competition, supply, and demand.
- Identify marketing opportunities by analyzing consumer requirements and market share.
- Maintain relationships with key accounts by making periodic visits and exploring specific customer needs.
- Continuously update job knowledge through educational opportunities and professional publications.
