Overview

We are seeking a Business Head for our India-based support and engineering coordination team. This role bridges operations and technology execution, ensuring the India unit functions efficiently during the pre-funding phase. The Business Head will manage daily operations, tech alignment, company compliance, and investor readiness, reporting directly to the Founder/COO.

This position suits a hands-on operator with strong IT leadership experience who can coordinate tech projects, vendors, and compliance with precision.

Core Responsibilities

India Operations Management

 Oversee HR, legal, finance, and administration cycles.

 Maintain decision logs, compliance trackers, and weekly dashboards.

 Ensure ROC/MCA, GST/TDS, and audit filings are completed on time.

Technical & Infrastructure Oversight

 Coordinate with engineering partners (AI, security, and dev teams).

 Oversee IT operations, asset management, and cybersecurity readiness.

 Implement tools for workflow visibility.

 Liaise with vendors for infrastructure, cloud, and compliance architecture.

Investor & Data Room Support

 Compile governance, financial, and policy packs for diligence.

 Manage IP and timestamp documentation pipelines with legal teams.

 Prepare technical readiness briefs for investor meetings.

Company Formation & Compliance

 Manage incorporation, Udyam/MSME registration, and vendor contracts.

 Coordinate secretarial filings, board minutes, and ROC documents.

 Align India structures with Global entities for clean cap table integration.

Security & Governance Alignment

 Apply privacy and security frameworks for security based products.

 Ensure compliance with data privacy acts (DPDP, GDPR equivalence).

 Implement ITSM, risk logs, and ethical governance standards.

Required Skills & Background

 15–20 years of IT leadership, service operations, or tech governance experience.

 Expertise in IT infrastructure, cloud, and cyber security.

 Strong grasp of governance, risk, and compliance (ISO 27001, GDPR, PCI-DSS).

 Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and external vendors.

 Familiarity with project tools.

 Excellent documentation, communication, and escalation handling.

Ideal Background

 Available to Travel globally and has excellent Communication Skills

 Experience with AI-driven operations, data governance, or digital transformation.

 Familiarity with investor due diligence, data-room readiness, and compliance reporting

 MVP milestones delivered under documented governance.

 Investor readiness and data-room completion achieved.
