We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) with a strong background in IT Infrastructure, Cloud Solutions, Networking, and Cybersecurity services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Direct Sales (DSR) — engaging with clients face-to-face, understanding their IT requirements, and driving revenue growth through consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for IT Infrastructure, Cloud, and Cybersecurity solutions.
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, industry events, and client referrals (no inside sales).
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and technical discussions to understand customer pain points and propose appropriate solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers (CIOs, IT Heads, Procurement Managers, etc.).
- Collaborate with the pre-sales and technical teams to create customized proposals and solution documents.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth in the Chennai region.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and customer data using CRM tools.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in IT Infrastructure and Cloud.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Computer Science / Business Administration (MBA preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in direct B2B sales within IT Infrastructure, Cloud Services, Networking, or Cybersecurity domains.
- Strong understanding of technologies such as Servers, Storage, Firewalls, Cloud Solutions (AWS, Azure), Backup & DR, and Security Solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Self-driven, confident, and comfortable in client-facing roles.
- Must be based in or willing to work in Chennai.
Preferred Experience
· Experience working with system integrators (SI), cloud service providers, or IT solution companies.
· Existing network of corporate or enterprise clients in Chennai and South India.
· Understanding of vendor ecosystems such as Microsoft, Cisco, Fortinet, Sophos, Palo Alto, AWS, and Dell EMC.
