Business Development Manager
to join our dynamic sales team and help expand our enterprise client base across retail, distribution, and e-commerce sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve annual and quarterly sales targets.
- Generate leads through cold calls, online research, and industry networking.
- Present and propose enterprise software solutions to potential clients.
- Conduct requirement validation, product demonstrations, and prepare RFI documentation.
- Handle sales negotiations, clarify SaaS agreement terms, and maintain CRM records.
- Collaborate with implementation teams for smooth post-sales handovers.
- Manage key enterprise accounts for up to one year post-closure.
- Share valuable market insights with business and marketing teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in
ERP / SaaS Sales
. - Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Professional, confident, and target-driven.
- (Preferred) Prior experience in selling
retail software solutions
.
