Business Development Manager | ERP / SaaS Sales

Locations: Mumbai | Gurgaon | Bangalore | Hyderabad

Business Development Manager
to join our dynamic sales team and help expand our enterprise client base across retail, distribution, and e-commerce sectors.


Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve annual and quarterly sales targets.
  • Generate leads through cold calls, online research, and industry networking.
  • Present and propose enterprise software solutions to potential clients.
  • Conduct requirement validation, product demonstrations, and prepare RFI documentation.
  • Handle sales negotiations, clarify SaaS agreement terms, and maintain CRM records.
  • Collaborate with implementation teams for smooth post-sales handovers.
  • Manage key enterprise accounts for up to one year post-closure.
  • Share valuable market insights with business and marketing teams.


Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in
    ERP / SaaS Sales
    .
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Professional, confident, and target-driven.
  • (Preferred) Prior experience in selling
    retail software solutions
    .
