
Front Desk Receptionist

- Manning the Front Desk Phone: Answer calls, take and relay messages.
- Provide information to callers.
- Greet people and direct them to the right person in the company.
- Deal with queries of employees and visitors.
- Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness.
- Share Bi-Weekly on-site employee attendance report to management.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support.
- Handling Shipping Outbound and Inbound.
- Issue building Access Cards (ID and Parking) to Visitors and New Hires.
- Manage booking of conference/training equipment and meeting rooms.
- Co-ordinate events/meetings and organize catering as and when required.
- Ensuring maintenance of the reception area and control inventory relevant to reception area.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with exposure to an international clientele.
- Confident use of computer technology (Desktop Applications such as MS Office, tools for video conferencing, calendar management, and office productivity.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Open, friendly interaction and being accessible with all employees.
- Proficiency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
- Ability to learn and maintain in-depth technical knowledge and skills required for the job.
