Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Trainer located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Sales Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team. Day-to-day tasks include preparing training materials, conducting workshops, evaluating training outcomes, and providing ongoing support and coaching to the sales staff. Ensuring that the sales team remains competitive and knowledgeable about the latest sales techniques and product information is crucial to this role.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales Training, Curriculum Development, and Coaching
  • Strong understanding of Sales Processes, Sales Techniques, and Customer Relationship Management
  • Effective Communication, Presentation, and Public Speaking skills
  • Ability to Analyze Training Needs, Evaluate Training Outcomes, and Adapt Programs as needed
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and build positive relationships
  • Experience in the FMCG sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field
