Monitor and track training progress, providing feedback to participants and management.

Organize and manage logistics for training events, including scheduling, venue selection, and

materials.

Performance Evaluation and Improvement:

Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement.

Collect and analyze data on sales performance to identify trends and opportunities for

improvement.

Create & maintain training dashboards

Collaboration and Communication:

Collaborate with sales managers and other stakeholders to align training efforts with business

objectives.

Communicate effectively with sales team members, providing regular updates and feedback.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales training.
