**Job Title: Sales Process Trainer (BPO Background)**

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Process Trainer with a BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) background to join our team. As a Sales Process Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs to equip our sales representatives with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Process Trainer in a BPO environment.
- Excellent knowledge of sales techniques, customer service principles, and effective training methodologies.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate trainees.
- Proficiency in designing and delivering training content using various methods (e.g., presentations, role-plays, simulations).
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools commonly used in the BPO industry.
- Ability to assess training needs, develop curriculum, and measure training outcomes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

**Salary**: ₹14,227.96 - ₹51,056.86 per month
