**What we are looking for Process Trainer for Insurance company for Andheri Office.**

**Salary between**:6.00 LPA - 8.00 LPA

**Process Trainer Role**:

- Minimum 3 to 5 years of Work Experience in training for B2B processes/Soft Skills. Preferably Insurance BPO
- Should have handled batch of at least 25 members.
- Identifying the training needs across levels & conducting Refresher Training for the employees to improve the productivity. Coordinate training schedule, set up, creation of training materials and follow-up
- Training new employees in areas including product knowledge, customer communications and internal systems
- Delivering product training (including selling skills & objection handling) to Associate Sales Consultants, Team Leaders and Asst. Sales Managers

**We currently offer Life insurance, health insurance, Car insurance & 2-wheeler insurance. We recently onboarded Mahendra Singh Dhoni as our Brand Ambassador**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
