**Job Description: Process Trainer - US Chat/Voice Process**

**Location**: Malad West

**Salary**: 6 LPA

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement training programs for US Chat and Voice processes, ensuring that all team members acquire the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and coaching to enhance the capabilities of the team.
- Create training materials, manuals, and resources to support the training process.
- Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
- Monitor and provide feedback on performance to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with management to identify training needs and develop tailored programs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance training modules.
- Prior experience in training within US Chat and Voice processes.
- Strong knowledge of US Chat/Voice process best practices and procedures.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Training and coaching expertise, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Effective problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Adaptability to evolving processes and technologies.
- Graduation is compulsory
