Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Customer Care Head to lead and manage our customer support operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving service excellence, improving customer satisfaction, and building a high-performing support team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the customer care team across all channels (calls, email, chat, social media).
Define and monitor SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards.
Resolve escalations and ensure timely handling of customer issues.
Develop customer service strategies to enhance satisfaction and retention.
Implement best practices, tools, and training to improve team performance.
Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs.
Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
10+ years of experience in customer service, with 5+ years in a Real Estate domain only
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in CRM systems and customer support tools.
Proven track record of managing large customer support operations.
Experience in setting up or scaling customer service functions is an advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving orientation.
Customer-first attitude with high empathy and patience.
Proficiency in CRM tools, customer support software, and data analytics.
