Job Title: Assistant Manager / Executive Track & Trace & Loyalty Operations

Experience: 4–6 years

Department: Digital Operations / Marketing / Supply Chain

Reports to: Head – Digital Marketing

Key Responsibilities

Track & Trace (Barcode Management)

  • Monitor and manage the product serialization / barcode system for all manufactured or sold products.
  • Ensure each barcode is linked correctly to product data, batch, and distribution details.
  • Track barcode scans across supply chain and customer points to ensure authenticity and traceability.
  • Coordinate with IT / vendors for system issues, data syncing, and QR code generation.
  • Analyze scan data and prepare daily / weekly reports on product movement and traceability performance.
  • Identify duplicate scans, counterfeit alerts, or system discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.

Reward Points / Loyalty Management

  • Manage customer and dealer reward point systems integrated with barcode scanning.
  • Ensure points are credited and redeemed accurately through the barcode-based platform.
  • Track customer engagement metrics (scans, redemptions, active users, etc.).
  • Coordinate with Marketing and IT for campaign updates, reward catalogue changes, and backend validation.
  • Prepare MIS reports on reward utilization, top redeemers, and campaign ROI.

Skills & Competencies

  • Hands-on experience with barcode / QR code systems (GS1, SAP AII, or custom T&T tools).
  • Working knowledge of CRM / Loyalty platforms (Capillary, Salesforce, or custom).
  • Good understanding of data analysis, Excel / Power BI, and reporting tools.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Strong coordination with cross-functional teams (IT, Marketing, Supply Chain).
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in system data validation.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / IT / Business Management.
  • Preferably 4–6 years' experience in Track & Trace, CRM, or Loyalty Operations.
