Assistant Manager - Data Analytics:

Role: Data Analyst

Designation: Assistant Manager-Data Analytics

Location: Bangalore

WFO - 6 days/week

Experience: 5-6 years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Automate data collection, cleaning, and reporting processes through efficient code.
  • Analyse sales, customer, and operational data to derive actionable insights.
  • Develop dashboards and data visualizations to track key business and sales metrics.
  • Support forecasting, performance tracking, and incentive planning using data models.
  • Build predictive/statistical models to support business strategy and sales optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Engineering, Business) to translate business needs into analytical solutions.
  • Present findings in a clear, visual, and actionable format for decision-making.

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduation/Post-Graduation in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and logical reasoning skills.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python / R / SQL preferred).
  • Hands-on skills in Excel / Power BI / Tableau for data visualization.
  • 5-6 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or sales analytics.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to translate data into business insights

Preferred Profile:

  • Candidates from Tier-1 institutions with a strong academic record ( ISI Kolkata, SRCC, DSE, IITs, NITs etc)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Interest in applying analytics to real-world sales and business challenges.

Assessment Process:

Shortlistedcandidates will be required to undertake an Oxford-level MAT (AS-levelMathematics) test as part of the selection process.
