With a welcoming atmosphere and a commitment to fostering connections, Bootstrapped Café is ideal for meaningful interactions. We operate from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager located in Bengaluru. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure smooth management of meeting spaces, and assist in event planning and coordination. Key responsibilities include supervising staff, handling customer inquiries, maintaining high service standards, managing bookings, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Additionally, the Assistant Manager will contribute to optimizing operations and driving a hospitable environment for clients and guests.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and team supervision skills, with the ability to manage staff and operational workflows effectively, the sales role requires meeting clients, generating leads snd meeting sales target , the manager has to target offices and restaurants in and around MG road, EGL CBD and other nearby locations
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Organizational and time-management abilities, with experience in handling bookings and event coordination
  • Proficiency in basic administrative tasks, including scheduling and inventory management
  • Knowledge of hospitality operations or similar industries is a plus
  • Proactive approach with problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in a managerial or supervisory role is an advantage
