Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Delhi, India, for a Relationship Manager. The selected candidate will manage and nurture client relationships, identify and address client needs, and provide tailored financial solutions. Responsibilities include maintaining and growing a portfolio of clients, offering investment advice, driving client engagement, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting sales or revenue targets through various financial products and services offered by the company.

  • Knowledge of financial services, broking, and investment products
  • Sales and business development skills with a demonstrated ability to achieve targets
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills for evaluating client needs and market trends
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer applications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Previous experience in broking or financial services is an advantage
