Job Title: Manager B2B Institutional Sales (Veedol Lubricants)

Location: Vikhroli, Mumbai

Job Summary:

Responsible for driving institutional and B2B sales of Veedol lubricants by developing and managing relationships with key accounts, industrial clients, and fleet operators to achieve sales targets and ensure business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and manage institutional and industrial clients to expand the B2B customer base.
  • Generate leads, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts to close deals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with OEMs, fleet owners, transport companies, and corporate and industrial clients.
  • Coordinate with distributors and internal teams for timely supply and service support.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate/MBA in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • 10 years of experience in B2B/Institutional Sales (preferably in lubricants, automotive, tyre).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
