We're looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to join our founder's office. The ideal candidate will identify opportunities, build partnerships with potential clients, and help expand Vibencode's presence across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients, startups, and businesses needing software development support.
- Reach out through LinkedIn, Cold Calling, and networking channels.
- Generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule discovery calls.
- Collaborate with the founding team to coordinate across business verticals
Requirements
- 6 Months to 2 years of experience in sales (IT/software services preferred, but freshers with strong foundations are also welcome).
- Excellent communication and execution skills.
- Strong research and networking ability.
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written & verbal).
- Strong problem-solving, research, and client-handling abilities.
- Ownership mindset with a sales-first approach and the ability to thrive independently.
- Execution-focused, proactive, and comfortable working across functions.
- Prior exposure to B2B sales, lead generation, or client-facing roles.
- Previous Founder's Office experience is a plus

This is a remote-first role, but candidates should be open to occasional in-office visits at our Indore location for client meetings, team collaborations, or key events.
