Business Development Executive

We're looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to join our founder's office. The ideal candidate will identify opportunities, build partnerships with potential clients, and help expand Vibencode's presence across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients, startups, and businesses needing software development support.
  • Reach out through LinkedIn, Cold Calling, and networking channels.
  • Generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule discovery calls.
  • Collaborate with the founding team to coordinate across business verticals

Requirements

  • 6 Months to 2 years of experience in sales (IT/software services preferred, but freshers with strong foundations are also welcome).
  • Excellent communication and execution skills.
  • Strong research and networking ability.

  • Execution-focused, proactive, and comfortable working across functions.
  • Prior exposure to B2B sales, lead generation, or client-facing roles.
  • Previous Founder's Office experience is a plus

Work Mode:

This is a remote-first role, but candidates should be open to occasional in-office visits at our Indore location for client meetings, team collaborations, or key events.
