Experience: 7+ years

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India

Key Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge in Finance and Supply Chain Management (SCM)
  • Familiarity with Planning (MRP and MPS)
  • Experience in Warehouse Management
  • Knowledge of integrations from a functional perspective, with the ability to contribute to solution design
  • Ability to prepare functional requirement documents (FRDs) and collaborate with the technical team for solution delivery
  • Understanding of Business Central standard functionalities and ability to recommend best practices
  • Knowledge of testing processes (UAT/SIT) and validating business scenarios
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with international clients
  • Ability to work in customer-facing roles and manage support queries efficiently

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management (SCM) solutions, aligning with client business processes.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and prepare comprehensive Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs).
  • Assist in designing solutions, including integrations, while ensuring adherence to best practices and standard functionalities of Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Configure and manage modules related to Finance, Planning (MRP/MPS), and Warehouse Management, ensuring seamless operational flow.
  • Participate in testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and System Integration Testing (SIT), validating business scenarios and ensuring issue resolution.
  • Serve as a functional point of contact for international clients, providing expert guidance, addressing support queries, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams to deliver robust, scalable, and effective solutions.
  • Continuously stay updated on Dynamics 365 enhancements, Cloud technologies (Microsoft Azure), and ERP best practices to provide innovative recommendations.
