About the Role

We are looking for a Senior F&O Finance Functional Consultant to lead and deliver high-impact ERP projects. This is a key role where you will apply your expertise to drive finance-related modules in Dynamics 365 F&O, enabling enterprise-wide digital transformation for our clients. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and clients to implement, optimize, and support D365 F&O Finance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the implementation of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations - Finance modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Credit & Collections, Budgeting & Fixed Assets, Management Reporter, and MIS reporting.
• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to capture requirements, analyze business processes, and design solutions that align with industry best practices.
• Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of solutions for month-end, quarterly, and year-end closure processes.
• Provide expert-level guidance on business process re-engineering, helping clients optimize workflows and align their finance processes with global best practices.
• Ensure the successful and timely implementation of the D365 F&O Finance module suite, from requirements gathering to post-implementation support.
• Stay current on Microsoft Dynamics 365 product capabilities and new features to incorporate them into client projects.
• Act as a mentor to junior consultants and ensure high standards of project delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in full life-cycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics AX or D365 Finance & Operations, with a focus on Finance modules.
• Strong expertise in business process re-engineering and providing tailored solutions to meet client needs.
• Comprehensive knowledge of ERP implementation principles, methodologies, and industry best practices.
• Hands-on experience in MS Dynamics D365 F&O Finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Credit & Collections, Budgeting & Fixed Assets, Management Reporter.
• Experience in Manufacturing, Pharma/Life Sciences, or Supply Chain industries is an asset.
• Practical finance experience gained through industry roles or senior consulting positions.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• CA or MBA in Finance is preferable.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX or D365 Finance & Operations.
• Strong experience in business process re-engineering, including defining and applying best practices.
• Proven experience with the full implementation life cycle of D365 F&O Finance-related modules.
• Industry-specific experience in Manufacturing, Pharma, Life Sciences, or Supply Chain is highly desirable.
