Core Competencies:

• End-to-end implementations (4+ full-cycle projects) for enterprise-level customers, including international clients with on-site work.
• Implementing Inventory & Warehouse Management with complex tracking (storage dimensions like rack, aisle; tracking via license plates).
• Quality control setup: quarantine management, test plans, quality specifications, and inventory status as a dimension.
• Working with FMCG, Pharma, and Manufacturing (discrete & process industries).
• LCS, Sure Step methodology, and Microsoft data management tools.
• Integrating with 3rd-party applications/ISVs, mobile/handheld devices (for pick, pack, transfer, inventory adjustments, etc.).
• Designing solutions integrated with 3rd-party WMS systems and deploying counting methodologies in D365 F&O.
• DIXF / Data Management tools for data migration and master data setup.
• Microsoft Certifications (Supply Chain / Operations Advanced level preferred).
• Barcode tracking implementations.

Responsibilities

• Work in cross-functional ERP implementation teams (46 members) on enterprise D365 F&O projects.
• Engage directly with clients to gather requirements and align D365 Finance & SCM configurations with business processes.
• Configure key modules: Product Information Management, Procurement & Sourcing, Sales & Marketing, Inventory & Warehouse Management, Transport Management, Production Control, User Roles, and Workflows.
• Configure handheld devices and printers for warehouse operations.
• Set up business process models on LCS and manage workflows as required.
• Prepare and deliver all functional documentation:
• Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs)
• Configuration Documentation
• Cut-Over Plans
• Training Materials (including Task Recorders)
• UAT Support & Go-Live Reports
• Project Summary Reports
• Participate in data migration, including extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
• Guide and collaborate with junior consultants during UAT and training.
• Work closely with the technical team and prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs) for custom development.
• Deliver module demos to clients and prospects; assist in pre-sales as needed.
• Stay current with new Microsoft releases and feature updates.
• Support Project Managers with timelines, deliverables, and regular status updates.

Preferred Qualifications / Additional Expertise

• Experience deploying Advanced Warehouse Management System (AWMS) using handhelds.
• Knowledge of Transportation Management in D365.
• Integration with 3rd-party systems: Bidding (Purchasing), WMS, CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote).
• Familiarity with D365 CRM modules like Sales and Customer Service, and their integration with D365 F&O.
• Experience in Service Management and/or HR Module in D365 F&O or with integrated third-party HR systems.
