Requirements
  • 5 years of experience as a Functional Consultant in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).
  • Deep expertise in the Retail module, including Store Operations, MPOS/CPOS, Pricing, Loyalty Programs, and Promotions.
  • Experience with integrations between D365 F&O and external applications such as Infor and Magento.
  • Successfully delivered at least 4 full-cycle D365 F&O Retail implementations.
  • Serve as the primary functional liaison for Retail-focused D365 F&O projects.
  • Lead requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design workshops.
  • Configure D365 F&O Retail features such as POS setup, loyalty schemes, promotions, pricing, and inventory management.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure scalable and aligned integrations.
  • Support end-user training, documentation, and UAT/go-live activities.
  • Handle change management and provide post-go-live support.
  • Configure and manage CSUs, database groups, and data replication processes.
