Overview The D365 Functional Consultant (Customer Insight) plays a crucial role in our organization by bridging the gap between business needs and D365 functionalities. This position is responsible for the design, configuration, and implementation of the D365 Customer Insight module, ensuring that it aligns with the strategic goals of the organization. The consultant will work closely with various stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct analysis, and deliver results that enhance customer interactions and insights. As a key player in the deployment of D365 solutions, this role requires a deep understanding of CRM principles, customer data management, and analytics, enabling us to harness the power of our customer data effectively. The ideal candidate will possess both technical and functional skills, allowing them to drive improvements and facilitate a better understanding of customer behaviors, thereby enhancing decision-making processes across the organization. Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
  • Conduct gap analysis to identify opportunities for D365 Customer Insight implementation.
  • Design, configure, and customize D365 modules to meet business needs.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to discuss and validate solutions.
  • Prepare technical documentation, including functional specifications and user manuals.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the Customer Insight module.
  • Implement data models that enhance customer insights and analytics.
  • Develop and execute test plans to validate functionality and usability.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to maximize effective use of D365.
  • Monitor performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of solutions.
  • Support change management initiatives across the organization.
  • Stay current with industry trends and D365 updates to integrate best practices.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to manage system integrations and deployments.
  • Identify key areas for improvement within customer engagement processes.
  • Prepare status reports and presentations for management.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in D365 or CRM implementations.
  • Strong understanding of customer insights and analytics.
  • Proven experience in business process mapping and analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with data modeling and reporting tools.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment is a plus.
  • Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 are highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of SQL and data management practices is advantageous.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and user training.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and processes.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client engagements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
