About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Associate to help us expand our client base and grow business opportunities. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, quick learner, and passionate about building relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research new business opportunities.
  • Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
  • Schedule meetings and demos with potential clients.
  • Support senior business development executives in closing deals.
  • Maintain client relationships and ensure smooth communication.
  • Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations for clients.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Basic knowledge of sales/marketing concepts.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred).
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome
