Business Development Manager – IT

We specialize in Website Designing & Development, Mobile App Development, SEO, and 360° Digital Marketing Solutions. We serve both domestic and international clients across diverse industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Clutch, LinkedIn, and other portals.
- Write and submit compelling business proposals and ensure high conversion rates.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
- Understand client requirements for Web, Mobile App, SEO, and Digital Marketing projects and coordinate with the technical team for project estimation and proposal creation.
- Plan and execute effective client acquisition strategies across global markets (US, UK, Australia, UAE, etc.).
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle — from lead generation to closure.
- Maintain regular communication with prospects via email, LinkedIn, and video calls.
- Work closely with management to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Keep track of the latest industry trends and competitors' offerings.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance and progress reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in online bidding and client acquisition for IT and digital marketing projects.
- Strong understanding of services like Website & Mobile App Development, SEO, Google Ads, and Social Media Marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Experience with CRM tools, proposal management, and lead tracking.
- Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into clear proposals.
- Familiarity with React, Laravel, WordPress, and Android/iOS technologies (advantage).
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in working with international clients (especially from the USA, UK, and Australia).
- Previous experience in a Digital Marketing Agency or IT Service Company.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Email Marketing, and Cold Outreach strategies.
Compensation:
- Competitive Salary + Attractive Incentive/Commission based on performance.
