Job Summary
We are seeking a talented enthusiast to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic individual contributor role focused on achieving sales targets, managing in-person consultations, and driving customer conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, cultivate, and close strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with the company's vision and objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful go-to-market plans.
- Build and nurture long-term client and stakeholder relationships.
- Track, analyze, and report on KPIs to measure success and refine strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 2+ years in business development, sales, or partnership management, preferably in IT and ITeS segment.
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in CRM and analytics tools.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team.

Key Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in business development or sales with a strong record of exceeding targets.
- However, talented and passionate freshers can apply too.
- Solid understanding of the IT industry, particularly in PHP and web projects.
- Expertise in lead generation and sales activities, with a results-oriented approach.
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to create impactful pitch decks and deliver persuasive sales presentations.
- Experience in objection handling and quick decision-making is a must.
- Must own a two-wheeler for field visits.
- Comfortable with daily online reporting and sales tracking.
