Job Summary
We are looking for a smart Human Resources Intern to be based in our Calicut office in ULCyberpark. The internship period will be for 3 months duration.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high energy, international environment. He or she should possess great interpersonal skills that enables him or her to drive engagement with respective stakeholders while coordinating for recruitment related & other day to day HR activities.
Responsibilities and Duties
1. Recruiting, screening and interviewing the candidates
2. Doing end-to-end recruitment
3. Handling employee relations, manage records, payroll, benefits, and training
4. Maintenance of day to day activities at office.
Qualifications and Skills

  • A degree or diploma in Human Resources
  • Proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of organization skills and focus and ability to work under pressure

Benefits
Internship and OJT for 3 months and on-boarding after successful completion

Job Type: Contract

Pay: ₹5, ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • Performance bonus
