Role Overview
The Receptionist will manage the front desk operations and be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers. The role requires a professional attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle administrative support tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors professionally.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and front-desk inquiries.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper entry protocols.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate with internal teams.
- Handle courier services, mail distribution, and deliveries.
- Maintain the reception area's cleanliness and presentation.
- Assist HR/Admin with basic documentation, filing, and coordination.
- Support event arrangements and office requirements when needed.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and customer-centric approach.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, phone systems).
- Positive, calm, and polite behaviour under pressure.
Qualifications
- Minimum HSC; Graduate preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in front desk or customer service roles.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
