The Receptionist cum Telecaller is responsible for managing front office operations, handling incoming and outgoing calls, greeting and assisting visitors, and supporting administrative and customer communication activities. The role requires excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and multitasking ability.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, screen, and route telephone calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable at all times.
- Handle inquiries through phone, email, or in-person and provide accurate information about company products or services.
- Maintain visitor logs and manage appointments or meeting schedules.
- Make outbound calls to potential clients, customers, or leads to promote products/services.
- Follow up with clients for payments, service feedback, or project updates.
- Maintain records of calls, inquiries, and customer feedback in company databases.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Admin, HR, etc.) for smooth communication flow.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, correspondence, and courier handling.
Job Type: Full-time
