**Location**: Active Care Physiotherapy, Vanjari Bhavan, Koradi-Chhindwara Road, Nagpur

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional **Receptionist** to join our team at Active Care Physiotherapy. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily operations and providing exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Welcome patients and visitors with a positive attitude.
- Manage incoming calls and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently.
- Maintain patient records and handle administrative tasks.
- Assist in billing and payment collection.
- Ensure the reception area is clean and organized.
- Coordinate with physiotherapists and other staff for seamless operations.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Prior experience as a receptionist or in customer service is a plus.
