**Job Description: Receptionist**
**Location**: Active Care Physiotherapy, Smruti Nagar, Koradi Road, Nagpur
**Salary**: ₹8,000 - ₹12,000 per month
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist patients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining patient records.
- Coordinate with physiotherapists and other staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Handle inquiries about services, timings, and other clinic-related details.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Process billing and payments, as well as provide necessary receipts.
- Address patient queries and ensure a pleasant customer experience.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum educational qualification: 12th pass or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory.
