Key Responsibilities:

● Handle real-time on-trip queries from customers.

● Handle real-time on-trip queries from customers.

● Manage escalations efficiently and ensure timely resolutions.

● Coordinate with suppliers, hotels, and transport providers to resolve urgent issues.

● Provide immediate assistance for any itinerary changes or disruptions.

● Maintain clear and timely communication with customers to ensure a seamless travel experience.

● Document all queries and resolutions for continuous service improvement.

● Work closely with the day shift team to ensure smooth handovers.

Requirements:

● 1-2 years of experience in customer service, travel operations, or a related field.

● Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

● Excellent communication skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations.

● Familiarity with travel bookings, reservations, and emergency handling.

● Ability to work independently and make quick judgments.

● Customer-first approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
