Profile Summary:

Result-oriented Accounts & Finance Executive with 5–7 years of hands-on experience in accounting operations, statutory compliances, and financial management. Adept at maintaining accurate books of accounts, preparing financial statements, handling audits, and ensuring adherence to GST, TDS, PF/ESI, and other regulatory requirements. Skilled in budgeting, cost control, bank reconciliation, vendor payments, and MIS reporting. Proficient in Tally ERP, Excel, and other accounting software, with a strong understanding of compliance norms and corporate financial policies.

Key Skills & Expertise:

  • Finalization of accounts and preparation of balance sheet & P&L
  • Statutory compliance: GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, PT
  • Monthly & annual returns filing and liaison with government authorities
  • Bank reconciliation, cash flow & fund management
  • Vendor & client billing, receivables and payables management
  • Audit coordination and support (internal & statutory)
  • MIS reporting, budgeting, and cost analysis
  • Knowledge of Tally ERP / SAP / Excel and accounting standards

Educational Qualification:

  • B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent

  • Good communication and coordination with auditors, vendors, and departments
