We are a reputed automobile dealership known for our strong market presence and customer-centric approach. We are looking for a detail-oriented Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and support dealership finance functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day accounting entries including sales, purchase, receipts, and payments.
  • Prepare and maintain cash book, bank reconciliation statements, and ledger accounts.
  • Manage billing, invoicing, and credit/debit note entries.
  • Reconcile accounts with vendors, customers, and internal departments.
  • Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
  • Support in monthly closing, financial statements, and reporting to management.
  • Coordinate with auditors and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Monitor inventory valuation, vehicle billing, and warranty claims (specific to automobile operations).

Required Skills:

  • Good knowledge of Tally / ERP software and MS Excel.
  • Understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
  • Experience in automobile dealership accounts (preferred).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Negotiable as per experience)Employment Type: Full-timeWorking Days: Monday to Saturday

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
