Job Title: Accounts Executive (Work from Home - Immediate Joiner)

Location: Work from Home (Applicants from Delhi, Mumbai, and Tricity region preferred)

Shift Timing: 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM (IST)

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced US Accounts Executive with 4 years of experience in accounting, specifically in Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Bank Reconciliation (BR), and Financial Statements. As we operate in a fast-paced logistics environment, strong communication skills are essential. The role requires the candidate to work from home and adhere to the shift timing of 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports
  • Perform daily bank reconciliations
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Ensure compliance with accounting regulations
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients as needed
  • Handle discrepancies and resolve financial issues efficiently
  • Support audit activities as required
  • Assist in other accounting-related tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, specifically with AR/AP, BR, and financial statements
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Ability to manage and organize accounting tasks effectively
  • Ability to work independently in a remote work setup
  • Must be available to join immediately
  • Preference will be given to candidates from Delhi, Mumbai, and Tricity regions
  • Familiarity with accounting software and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Prior experience in logistics accounting is a plus
